Welcome to the third issue of eucalyptus & rose. Britain and I are so excited to have the privilege to share another collection of curated pieces that reminded us of home, overcoming grief, and connecting with others.
Over the course of May, we noticed a drastic uptick in submissions, that required us to post a few messages on our Twitter account (@eucalyptuslit) to advise of the status of submissions. While we are doing our best to respond to everyone within the four-week timeframe, occasionally we did find we were going over by a few days just to ensure we were responding to everyone personally. We will continue to provide these updates on Twitter when necessary so nobody is left wondering if their submission was misplaced or missed.
We would like to extend all our thanks to our contributors for June, as well as all those who submitted, coming from various places around the world and on the Internet. We appreciate you trusting us with your work and look forward to reading more poetry, flash fiction, and creative non-fiction for our July release.
Please feel free to browse through our June pieces and leave hearts/likes and kind comments. Have a lovely month!
