Pas des Chat Trois

Softly, sweet music begins…

Petit Pavlova stretches,

leaps lightly across the floor

silken toes dancing.

Bass notes echo boldly.

Monsieur Smokey bows,

strides to center stage,

supple sinews rippling.

Clear, silver tones sound…

Madame House-cat rises,

glides in perfect form,

lithe limbs glistening.

Bodies flowing,

Les Chats Trois join,

backs arched

and circle effortlessly

in a grand finale.
